FANCON UA 2026

FANCON 2026 is one of Ukraine's largest pop culture festivals, bringing together fans of science fiction, comics, video games, anime, cosplay, K-Pop Cover Dance, tabletop gaming, and geek culture. The event took place on June 6–7, 2026, at the International Exhibition Centre (IEC) in Kyiv.

For the festival, Platforma delivered multiple interactive installations and LED solutions across several key event areas. Our team was responsible for the technical integration of interactive experiences, multimedia synchronization, LED display systems, and on-site technical support throughout the event.

DTEK Interactive Experience

For DTEK Energy, Platforma delivered an interactive installation where visitors became the heroes fighting to bring light back to the country.

The experience began when visitors pressed a custom-programmed button mounted on a utility lift—the same equipment used by DTEK emergency repair teams. This activated an interactive scenario visualizing the journey of electricity through a stylized power line installation.

The experience culminated in a synchronized multimedia sequence: the energy flow reached a Faraday screen integrated with the LED content while animated lightning effects formed the words "Fight for Light," inspired by the visual style of iconic video games. A custom soundtrack featuring an AI-generated character voice completed the immersive experience.

The installation served as a tribute to Ukraine's energy workers, whose efforts keep the country powered every day.

PrivatBank & Mastercard Interactive Video Zone

For PrivatBank and Mastercard, Platforma delivered an interactive GlamBot installation combining a BOLT Motion Control robotic camera system, an LED display, and a real-time video processing workflow.

Visitors first authenticated through a Telegram bot and received a personal QR code. After scanning the code, they stepped onto the designated filming spot in front of the LED screen, where the robotic BOLT camera executed a pre-programmed cinematic movement while automatically recording the participant.

Meanwhile, video engineers edited the footage in real time, adding branded graphics and music. Within 30 minutes, each visitor automatically received a personalized GlamBot video via the Telegram bot.

By combining robotic cinematography, LED technology, and automated content processing, the installation created a unique branded experience in which every participant received a professionally produced personalized video.
